Location: Green Bay, Wisconsin Date Posted: 2/12/2019
Wage: 15.00-19.17 per hour Category: Machinist
Job Code:
Number Of Openings: 5

Job Description:
You control high-end equipment to create specific, custom-manufactured parts. Not only do you do it efficiently and smoothly, you’re our first quality inspection checkpoint. Plus, you read simple blueprints and accurately document your work. We recognize that’s a lot on your shoulders, but we know you’re ready.

Your title may be “Machine Operator Level 1” (yes, there is a Level 2), but your responsibilities go beyond loading/unloading castings onto fixtures in machines. You make sure our quality meets or exceeds customers’ specifications, which keeps them happy, returning with more work, and telling others how incredible we are. Our customers know they come first here, so we appreciate you showing that same commitment.

Don’t have all that much experience? It’s OK, we’ll pay you handsomely to train on one or more of our 29 machines. They may be different, but they all have a single goal: exceed our customers’ expectations. Do that, and we all win.

You are Perfect for Us If ...

• Enjoy working 36 hours Friday – Saturday and get paid for 40 hours

• You care about quality

• You can follow detailed instructions

• You can work independently with timed deadlines

• You meet production goals on a daily basis

• You keep a clean work area

• You can maintain accurate documentation of records

• You can communicate well with team members

• You have basic computer knowledge

• You possess basic math skills, including fractions and decimals

• You enjoy working with machines and have good physical dexterity

• You have a high school diploma (or equivalent)
