The Schedule Analyst will be responsible for supporting Earned Value (EV) and schedule management system requirements resulting in effective technical, cost and schedule integration for C2BMC Labs and Warfighters (CLAW) program grouping of task orders and potentially other task orders at the Missile Defense Integration and Operations Center (MDIOC), Schriever AFB on the IRES program. Duties include but are not limited to: develop task order Integrated Master Schedules (IMSs) with Task Order leads, Control Account Managers (CAMs) and individual project managers; maintain the baseline, status, and forecast data and configuration within the task order IMS; prepare, review and analyze IMSs monthly in support of monthly deliverables. Provide recommended corrective action plans as necessary; participate in Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs); coordinate resource planning through integration IMS into Enterprise system. Must be able to work in a dynamic ever changing environment and manage multiple project schedules within a task order simultaneously. This position involves detailed knowledge of Microsoft Project, Project Server and Earned Value Management System (EVMS). Analytical, communication and presentation skills needed as well as the ability to operate independently.
Basic Requirements: A High School diploma (or GED)with 8 years of general experience and/or Associate's degree with 6 years of general experience and/or Bachelor's degree with 4 years general experience, must include 4 years directly related experience and 2 years in management or leadership roles. Active DOD Secret Clearance (or ability to obtain); Current experience in managing projects utilizing Earned Value Management and ability to adhere to scheduling and financial guidelines that it requires. Proficiency with MS Office Products especially Project; Excellent collaboration, attention to detail, verbal, written and interpersonal skills; Experience at working independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
