We are seeking Trainers to help our clients develop their skills and knowledge in all aspects of growing a business. Your goal will be to conduct informative and creative live training that improves the skills of all attendees. There is an opportunity to film the in-person training and home study versions over the Internet.

The ideal candidate should be a great communicator who can adequately describe complicated ideas to different audiences of various skill levels. You must be highly organized, proficient in time management, and possess excellent public speaking skills.

Collaborate with our team to identify training needs for individuals and companies.
Teach or lead training sessions, seminars, workshops, etc. that work within the framework of our business.
Plan and implement an effective training curriculum.
Prepare hard copy training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations as necessary for your performance.

Hobbies - Activities done in one's leisure time outside of work that they find relaxing, stimulating and enjoyable. (Sample Class: The Positive Benefits of Adding Origami to Your Daily Routine.)

Social Media - A way for society to feel connected to their community in a timely and efficient manner. (Sample Class: How to Get the Most Out of Facebook.)

Job Requirements:
A background in Business, HR, finance, technology, or related subjects. Entrepreneurship experience a plus.
Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in the subject you are teaching.
Solid knowledge of the latest trends in the subject you are teaching.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Willing to accept feedback to improve future presentations.
