Job Summary

  • This role is for our Client, handling all OTC branding located in NYC, NY.


  • Perform monthly financial reporting and analysis of Business Unit financial performance and variance analysis.

  • Provide support in monitoring and developing marketing budgets.

  • Help manage resource allocation & prioritization of financial resource(s) and investment across brands.

  • Establish and manage overall Brand budgets performance goals.

  • Preparing forecast submissions, business results analysis and commentary

  • Evaluate and communicate impact of business risk/opportunities, business analysis, cost savings, and marketing program investments

  • Develop and maintain financial models used for planning and strategic decision making such as pricing, channel, and contribution margin analysis.

  • Deliver against ad hoc requests and projects from a number of cross-functional business partners, including senior leadership.

  • Help refine monthly S&OP process, working closely with sales team and supply chain to build more bottoms-up approach to forecasting business performance.

  • Design, develop and implement methods and strategies to continually improve processes.


  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in finance or accounting.


  • 4+ years of experience in the CPG industry FP&A (preferred).


  • Knowledge of SAP desired.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

  • Must possess strong business analysis and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
