Carpenter
Position: Carpenter
Working hours: 30~40 hours/week
Wage: $26.00~$27.00/hour (TBD)

Skills & Experience: 1. Completion of secondary program is required 2. A combination of over 4 years of work experience in carpentry related and some industry courses in carpentry is required OR completion of secondary school with minimum of 3 years of apprenticeship/training/experience in carpentry is required
Main duties:
Perform carpentry duties according to the drawing and plan including cutting, repairing, measuring, assembling of wood and other building materials for renovation and building projects; Operate tools and machines of the carpentry according to the safety policy; Ensure all projects are completed on time without any discrepancy; Report to the manager for each project progress; Fit and install trim items such as doors, stairs and molding;

Purchasing officer
Working hours: 30~40 hours/week
Wage: $24.50~$25.50/hour (TBD)

Skills & Experience: 1.College diploma or University degree related to Business/commerce, economics or related field to the industry is required. 2. Must be able to speak, read and write in English with good communication skills is required. 3. Previous purchasing related experience is preferred. 4. Be able to travel abroad once a year for new suppliers if necessary.
Main duties:
1. Purchase building materials/products from local and overseas suppliers 2. Monitor price change for each product or material, and negotiate price, purchase terms, shipping methods and other purchase terms in the purchase agreement with suppliers. 3. Check inventory for future orders and determination of volume purchase 4. Ensure purchase appropriate level of items 5. Monitor the market price of the products. 6. Maintain communications and relationships with suppliers
