Customer Service Job

Staffing Now, a division of SNI Companies, has partnered with our client in hiring for a customer service professional. The company is a high energy company and they are in a huge growth mode. A summary of the responsibilities include:

• Answers inbound phone calls assisting with customer inquiries to includes: product requests, invoice resolution or other


• Handles escalated calls, if necessary


• Updates client information & order information


• Assists with other projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferably in a manufacturing, distribution or retail


• Strong technical background to include: order entry data and use of MS Word & Excel


• Must be comfortable learning & relaying product information
