As a General Manager, you will be responsible for inspiring a team of people to create and deliver a fun, safe and entertaining experience that exceeds customer expectations. Your direction over the operations of your Centre and leading your team to achieve Centre goals will be the keys to success.

As a team leader you will be responsible for supervising people, ensuring that your team is motivated and productive in achieving Company standards. From implementing marketing plans, to maintaining sufficient staffing levels, and ensuring the safety of our Employees and Customers, there’s never a dull moment! You will provide exceptional customer service through behaviour that supports Laser Quest’s mission and vision, and develop your team using your effective leadership and management skills. Your connections with the community and ability to build the business will serve you well.

You LOVE to have FUN through your amazing personality and are looking to demonstrate your exemplary managerial skills! If you would describe yourself as outgoing and energetic, and someone who has high integrity, then we want to hear from you. If you work well within a team, and have excellent communication skills that help you feel comfortable speaking in front of large groups, we’re even more interested. A strong work ethic, computer/tech savviness, and the ability to learn quickly are interesting to us. Bonus points if you thrive on change and challenge and love a fast paced environment!


3-5 years of managerial experience in the retail, hospitality or entertainment industry

An understanding of local marketing programs to maximize customer awareness

Proven experience leading a team to achieve goals, by helping to develop their skill set through hands on coaching

Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

This role requires continuous standing/walking, listening for and monitoring marshal calls, speaking in front of large groups, standing for long periods of time in a dim light, loud, fog filled multi-level arena.
