Marketing Coordinator
Wage: $31~$32.5/hour
Working hours: 30~40hours/week
Position Requirements: College diploma or higher education in or related to business, marketing, public relations, or communication is required OR diploma or higher education other than business, marketing, public relation or communication must prove minimum of 1 year marketing experience;
Must be able to speak, read and write in English with good communication skills

Duties: Analyze and assess products, industry trends, competitors and plan offline/online marketing campaigns; Communicate and maintain contacts with online media to conduct advertisement campaigns in their websites or social media etc; Communicate and contact with media to discuss advertisement plans such as costs, advertisement allocations, frequency of advertisements, advertisement design and all other topics regards to the advertisement.; Plan advertisement strategies; Conduct customer surveys through phone, email or social media in order to plan and promote future marketing campaign;

Customer Service supervisor
Wage: $25.00~$27.00/hour
Working hours: 30~40hours/week
Position Requirement: Minimum 6 months or more experience in customer service experience is required; Completion of college diploma or higher education is required; Note. High school graduates must prove 2 years of experience in customer service

Duties: Oversee overall customer service in the company and supervise customer service clerks to ensure highest level of customer service; Monitor each customer’s account and ensure all orders made on time; assign duties to customer service clerks; Train customer service clerks; Answer customer inquiries, provide information of products and services and recommend the right products, quotes; Solve customer complaints and problems; Override refund/cancel/exchange of orders; Prepare evaluation reports of each customer service clerk;
