Business Analyst Job

Carlson Wagonlit Travel is currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our team.

The Business Analyst will mainly be responsible for crafting complete product business requirements to provide all necessary information for successful development, testing, delivery, and measurement. Additionally, the Business Analyst will focus on building a set of scalable, configurable services to replace aging mid-office automation software.

Responsibilities of the Business Analyst:

-Work with internal and external stakeholders to capture system objectives and requirements
-Collaborate with business analysis and technical counterparts from other product groups to create CWT requirements with clear criteria for success and expected outcomes
-Implement and configure new application features at a global level
-Create end to end user stories for product features and functionality




-Bachelor's degree in related field is required
-Minimum of 3 years business analysis experience
-Proven experience with reporting and analytics for data management
-Travel industry experience
-Working knowledge of SQL
-Strong skills in at least two global distribution systems preferably more (Sabre, Apollo, Galileo, Amadeus)
