Job Description:
PCMCI Solutions INC. located at 12837-76Ave, Surrey, BC, V3W 2V3 needs 2 full- time, permanent Hardware Installation Technician to join their team as soon as possible.
Job Duties:
• As an Installation professional you will coordinate and prepare all company installs
• Ensures all required inventories and parts and products are ready and received for the installation.
• Schedules and arranges install time and date with all customers.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems encountered by users
• Maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
• Communicates with the customers and users to identify and diagnose potential problems
• Implement effective solutions to the problems encountered by users
• Advise, Train and mentor other technicians or users if needed
• Document system reviews, recommendations, and internal processes and procedures
Terms of Employment: -
Wages: - $31.00 per hour- 40 hours per week. Overtime of $1.5/hour starts after 40 hours per week.

Additional skills: - Team Player, Organized and professional.
Job Requirements: -
• Candidates having a college diploma/Courses in computer science eligible to apply.
• 2 + years relevant experience in the related field is preferred.
