We specialize in purchasing, rehab, and re-sale of single family homes mainly in los Angeles County. Since our humble beginning in 2008 we diversified our business in property management for our commercial and residential portfolio. CMC is seeking a energetic Seasonal Office Assistant / File Clerk who will perform multiple administrative and clerical tasks. The Office Assistant Is responsible for coordinating the clerical tasks with the Company Office Manager and the company owner and assist them with receptionist and administrative duties. Maintains the confidentiality of pertinent company data.
Filling / Billing and communicating with commercial and residential tenants, working with vendors and contractors and schedule appointments as need it. Bilingual - english/spanish, a valid driver's licence and an insured car is a A MUST !
Local area candidates preferably. Afternoon only !
You’ll need to coordinate lockouts, obtain fire insurance for the newly purchased property, assist the project management, communicate with real estate agents and Escrow/Title companies as need it. Must be detail-oriented person with a positive attitude
and able to work on multiple projects at once, excellent oral and written communications skills, excellent organizational skills, with the ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks and demands simultaneously.

You will need some experience with management and remodeling of single family homes, working knowledge with computers, data entry, Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Quickbooks is a plus. Must have Real Estate Administration and management experience (2-5 years).
