We are conveniently located in the Payal Business Centre. Currently, We are seeking a motivated and experienced Jewellery Store Supervisor to lead our professional sales team into the future. As a Jewellery Store Supervisor for Surrey Gold Jewellers Ltd, ideal candidate will be asked to:
• Supervise and co-ordinate Jewellery sales staff and cashiers for Surrey Gold Jewellers
• Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
• Authorize payments by cheque and the return of Jewellery
• Sell Jewellery to customers
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
• Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
• Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, Jewellery and personnel matters
• Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff.
Skills Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• 1-2 years of previous retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk, cashier is required.
• Good communication skills in English.
