Job Description and Primary Responsibilities:
We are looking for an inspiring, motivated Helpdesk Technical Specialist to join our team. This individual will be working out of our location in Cambridge. This person will be responsible for administering and supporting our clientsí technology infrastructure through troubleshooting and upgrades.

Responsibilities:


Primarily responsible for incoming user requests and first point of contact to address issues/requests

Work in a hands-on capacity with team to address and resolve technical issues as they arise

Provide assistance to users via remote management tools, onsite visits or step by step instructions by phone.

Co-ordinate with support team for escalations of unresolved issues

First level support for hardware, software and phone issues

Daily maintenance routines such as log review, backup confirmation,


Desired education and experience:
Our ideal candidate will have:


A Bachelorís Degree, College Diploma, or equivalent

Working knowledge of Windows desktops operating systems

Basic application use and support (Word, Excel, Internet tools, etc)

General understanding of networking technologies and design
