Job Description:
JN Manufacturing are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Coating Machine Operator to join our industrial painting and coating team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining coating machinery to ensure high-quality finishing on all products. This role requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Applicants must possess a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and have 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
Job Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean work area and organize coating materials and inventory.
Read and follow blueprints, sketches, and job specifications.
Inspect parts and check coating thickness using micrometers and calipers.
Set up, operate, and maintain electroplating, hot-dip, and spray-coating equipment.
Prepare and mix paints, coatings, and metallizing solutions as required.
Select appropriate coatings or paint mixtures for each job.
Prepare parts for coating by cleaning, masking, or priming.
Operate and monitor machines used for spraying, coating, and plating.
Perform touch-up painting on small areas when needed.
Clean and maintain coating tools and equipment.

Ability to stand for extended periods
Perform physical tasks, including bending, crouching, and kneeling
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Good Communication skills
Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
