Work Experience: Completion of College Program in accounting, bookkeeping or a related field or two years related experience
Education: Completion of Secondary School
Language: English
Personal Suitability: Team Player, flexibility, reliability, accurate Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Benefits: overtime wage 1.5 times/hr if work exceeded after 40 hours/week, 5 days sick leaves,4% vacation pay of gross salary

Job Duties:
* Maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
* Analyze any unexpected or unusual transactions
* Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
* Documenting transaction details
* Putting together financial reports
* Create and prepare accurate Annual Financial Statements.
* Prepare, and present quarterly budget reports as needed
* Maintain Accounts payable and Accounts receivable accounts
* Calculate and Prepare utility and other bills
