Title: Project Architect
Duties: Develop final construction plans that include aesthetic representations of the structure or details for its construction. Prepare scale drawings or architectural designs, using computer-aided design or other tools. Prepare information regarding design, structure specifications, materials, color, equipment, estimated costs, or construction time.
Minimum Requirement: Master’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Design, or Design + 2 years of work experience + NYS Architecture License
Work Location: New York, NY
Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Salary: $110,490 per year
