is seeking an experienced attorney to join its civil litigation team. Ideal candidates will have two to five years of experience in general litigation, but construction and contract litigation are a plus. Candidates must possess superior research and writing skills, strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of professionalism, and a proven willingness to work as a team.
Requirements:
· 2-5 years of litigation experience
· Must be licensed to practice in the State of Utah
· Trial experience preferred
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Managing case deadlines
· Attending hearings and trials
· Identifying and retaining necessary expert witnesses
· Preparing discovery requests and responses
· Defending and taking depositions of fact witnesses and expert witnesses
· Maintaining case file organization
· Strong attention to detail and precision
· Preparing pre-trial and dispositive motions
· Must possess a strong work ethic and demonstrate a history of effectively working independently and delivering a consistent work product
