Job Description:
HS Custom Homes is looking for Construction Labourers who want to make a career for themselves within the trades. Candidates must be motivated, willing to take on dirty, physically demanding duties. The role requires early mornings, assisting skilled trades people, cleaning and prepping job sites , loading and unloading construction materials and equipment. Salary- $32.00- $37.00 hourly / 37.5 hours per Week
Terms of employment
Permanent employment- Full time- Day, Early Morning, Flexible Hours, Morning, Weekend
Start date- Starts as soon as possible

Responsibilities/ Tasks
Load, unload and transport construction materials
Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites
Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs
Level earth to fine grade specifications
Pave and rake asphalt
Clean and pile salvaged materials
Perform routine maintenance work
Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
Experience and specialization
Equipment and machinery experience- Moles, Concrete saws, Tuggers, Chippers, Jackhammers, Air compressors, Air guns, Nail guns, Drills, Augers, Sledgehammer, Hand tools
Construction specialization- Residential
