Position Info:
Position: Restaurant Manager
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $40,000-$48,000/year (depending on experience)
Working Hours: 30-44 hours/week
Number of Positions: 2
Work Location: 1-299 Champlain Street, Dieppe, NB E1A 1P2
Benefits:
4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of employees
Plan, manage and evaluate the operation of a restaurant and food service
Establish staff work schedules and manage staff performance
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
Determine and develop customer service, and implement operational procedures
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Resolve customers complaints and concerns
Manage inventory and monitor revenues
Recruit and train staff, and oversee staff training
Job requirements:
Experience: 3~5 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required
Education: Completion of secondary school is required
Language: English
