Job Description:
Job Location：6958 76 Ave NW suite 204, Edmonton, AB T6B 2R2
Salary：36.00 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per week
Terms of employment：Permanent Full time employment
Schedule: Early morning, Evening, Morning, On call, Day
Starts as soon as possible
Vacancies：1 vacancy
Languages：English
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience： 2 years to less than 3 years
On site： Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Tasks
• Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
• Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
• Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
• Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
• Post journal entries
• Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
• Prepare tax returns
• Prepare trial balance of books
• Reconcile accounts
