Position Title: Associate Manager

Wage: $180,398
Position Responsibilities: Develop and maintain DBT models to transform raw data into analytics-ready datasets. Optimize Snowflake tables, views, and materializations for performance and cost efficiency. Implement incremental models, snapshots, and tests in DBT to ensure data accuracy and freshness. Build and maintain ELT/ETL pipelines using modem data tools. Automate data workflows. Work closely with analytics teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data models. Document data lineage, transformations, and best practices for DBT and Snowflake. Monitor and tune Snowflake queries, warehouse sizing, and clustering keys. Implement data quality checks and monitoring to ensure reliability. Enforce data modeling standards. Ensure compliance with data security and access controls in Snowflake.
Position Requirements: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Data Science and Applications, or a related field, PLUS one (1) year of experience in the job offered or a related position. Experience must include demonstrable knowledge of: Snowflake; BigQuery; DBT; Azure Data Factory; Data Integration tools Fivetran and cdata; Git; Google Cloud Platform; Informatica PowerCenter; Salesforce; Looker; SQL; Python; Data Warehousing; Data Vault, and; dimensional modelling. Required knowledge may be gained prior to or concurrently with Master’s degree. Travel to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S., approximately 30%, as required. May telecommute from any location within the U.S.
