Job Description:
The Product Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and leading all activities across the full life cycle of survival communication and smart hardware products. This includes market research, user analysis, technical design, development, certification, and commercialization. The role drives business growth by defining product strategy, optimizing performance, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, compliant, and market-ready solutions. Duties will include but are not limited to:
• Coordinate cross-functional operations across engineering, quality assurance, and business units to guide product strategy, design, and rollout.
• Establish and implement organizational policies and procedures for product development, testing, certification (e.g., EMC, safety compliance), and deployment.
• Determine strategic direction for new product lines, including market positioning, feature prioritization, and long-term roadmap planning.
• Lead cross-departmental teams to deliver user-centered solutions, manage product iterations, and align releases with company growth objectives.
• Recruit, organize, and mentor internal teams in product planning, user research, technical coordination, and compliance readiness.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales departments to ensure clear communication of product value propositions, use cases, and competitive advantages across all channels.

• Oversee the design, development, and testing of integrated electronic systems and circuits tailored for cold-weather and commercial environments.
• Supervise prototype assembly and validation, ensuring alignment with functional specifications, performance standards, and user requirements.
Job Requirements:
A university degree or college diploma in business or in a related field with specialization in sales is required.
Multiple years of experience as sales representative or related occupation is required.
Professional certification on electrical or electronics engineering technology or in a related field is required.
