Lady W Home Care is seeking four compassionate and reliable Personal support worker nursing care to join our dedicated home care team. As a Personal support worker nursing care, you will provide essential personal and medical support to clients in the comfort of their homes, helping them maintain dignity and quality of life.
Position: Personal support worker nursing care
Wage: C$ 23.00 hourly
Working Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Job duties:
Assist with personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, turning, lifting, and positioning clients.
Serve meals, assist with feeding, and support menu selection.
Supervise or assist with clients exercise routines and accompany them on walks or recreational activities.
Take and record vital signs: blood pressure, temperature, pulse, fluid intake/output.
Observe and document clients conditions, report changes to nursing staff.
Provide first aid in emergency situations within the scope of training.
Transport clients using wheelchair or stretcher when needed.
Make beds, tidy clients living areas, and maintain a clean environment.
Assist with cleaning and setting up simple equipment as required.
Job Requirements:
Requirements:
Completion of secondary school is required.
First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate
Ability to work under pressure with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling
Ability to focus attention on clients, remaining calm and courteous at all times
