Job Description:
1. Conduct research and analysis of financial data to identify key trends and insights
2. Collect and evaluate financial and investment information on companies and their products
3. Prepare company, industry, and economic outlooks, as well as analytical reports, briefing notes, and correspondence
4. Develop written reports and articles on personal finance, real estate markets, and financial programs
5. Design and implement online financial calculators and models to support users in evaluating investment options
6. Ensure all analysis, reports, and tools are accurate, clear, and user-friendly

Job Requirements:
. Bachelor’s degree in Financial Economics, Finance, or a related field
. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in financial analysis or a related field
. Experience analyzing financial reports and disclosures from banks and other financial institutions
. Experience analyzing Canadian real estate market data and reports (e.g., Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary)
. Experience working with and interpreting Statistics Canada economic data
. Strong knowledge of Canadian personal finance and real estate products
. Familiarity with computer programming; experience with Next.js and JavaScript for developing financial tools is an asset
. Excellent written communication skills in English
