Tasks
Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance coverage.
Provide quotes and sell commercial and liability insurance.
Handle policy renewals, changes, and cancellations efficiently.
Assist clients with insurance claims and advocate on their behalf.
Ensure compliance with RIBO regulations and maintain accurate records.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and legal changes.
Identify cross-selling opportunities and support business development efforts.
Assist with filing claims and escalate the claims process.
Stay Informed on market trends and insurer appetite for different industry sectors
