Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and connecting qualified candidates with our client companies while ensuring a smooth hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, identify, and engage candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and client companies.
Maintain candidate pipelines and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
Collaborate with the Account Manager to understand client hiring needs.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR is preferred (staffing agency experience a plus).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple job requisitions at once.
Familiarity with ATS software and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
Compensation:
Base salary + commission (competitive structure).
