You'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience while learning the fundamentals of recruitment in a fully remote environment.
Job Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
· Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones
· Communicate professionally with candidates via email and phone
· Post job openings on various platforms and social media
· Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
· Assist with initial resume screening and candidate pre-qualification
· Support recruiters with administrative tasks throughout hiring process
· Help organize virtual recruitment events and career fairs
We're Looking For Someone Who:
· Has excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
· Possesses strong written and verbal communication abilities
· Can work independently in a remote environment
· Is proficient with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
· Maintains a positive, professional attitude
· Is eager to learn and grow in the HR/recruiting field
· Available to work standard business hours
