Job Requirements:
1. Education:

• Curious about financial stuff? We’ll teach you everything with our free training!
2. Experience:
• No financial experience needed—beginners are welcome!
• If you’ve worked in customer service, sales, or helped people in any way (even babysitting or volunteering), that’s a big plus!
• Love talking to people or teaching? You’re already halfway there!
3. Licenses:
• Willing to get a California Life and Health Insurance License (don’t stress—we’ll help you study and cover the costs!).
• No licenses yet? No problem! We’ll guide you step-by-step to get certified.
4. Skills:
• Communication: Be able to chat with people and explain things clearly (like teaching a friend how to budget).
• People Skills: Love connecting with others and making them feel comfortable.
• Enthusiasm: Excited to learn and help clients achieve their goals.
• Basic Tech: Comfortable using a computer or phone for Zoom calls or simple tools (we’ll show you the rest!).
5. Personal Qualities:
• Caring Heart: Want to make a difference in people’s lives, especially for families or communities who need it most.
• Motivation: Eager to grow your own business with GFI’s support (think of it like running your own mini-company!).
• Flexibility: Okay with working your own hours—mornings, evenings, or weekends—whatever works for you!
6. Availability:
• Choose part-time or full-time—work from home, hybrid, or in San Jose, CA.
• Ready to join community events or meet clients locally (if you’re nearby).
• No strict schedules—you set your pace!
