Job Description:
We are currently hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide high-quality, compassionate care to clients in Madison and Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As a CNA, you’ll play a vital role in helping patients with their daily needs, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and safety while supporting their overall well-being.
Job Requirements:
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
- Help patients with positioning, turning, and transfers to prevent bedsores and ensure comfort.
- Assist patients with walking and exercise as directed by care plans.
- Take and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respirations, oxygen levels).
- Measure and record height, weight, and food/fluid intake and output.
- Report any changes in patient condition or behavior promptly to supervising nurses.
