Job Description:
• Issue payroll cheques and process employee payments in compliance with established schedules
• Record and maintain financial data by setting up and managing manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
• Prepare, maintain, and reconcile general ledgers and produce financial statements
• Record financial transactions by posting journal entries
• Compile and prepare financial summaries, statistical data, and other accounting reports as needed
• Complete and file tax documents and returns in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
