We’re looking for Independent Contractors to join us as Truck Driver Recruiters. Prior recruiting or logistics experience is preferred, but we’ll train qualified candidates who are committed and driven. You’ll get access to our CRM system, some leads provided, and the freedom to work from anywhere. You must also be able to actively source your own candidates to maximize results.

📌 What You’ll Do:
Proactively source and recruit qualified truck drivers using job boards, social media, ads, and networking.
Work the leads provided while building your own candidate pipeline.
Screen applicants and match them to top carriers.
Manage the hiring process start-to-finish in our CRM.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Prior recruiting or logistics/transportation experience preferred.
Will train qualified candidates with the drive to succeed.
Must commit at least 30 hours per week.
Comfortable working commission-only with uncapped earning potential.
Computer, phone, and high-speed internet required.
💵 Compensation:
This is 100% commission-only your earnings are directly tied to your results. We provide some leads to help you get started, but your greatest success will come from actively sourcing your own candidates. Top recruiters here earn substantial commissions plus bonuses.
