Job Description: 1. Design, develop, process, and facilitate internal and external leaning programs to improve organizational effectiveness, support individual development in maintaining or improving job skills, career mobility, and organizational strengths; 2. Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding using a variety of instructional techniques and formats, including a technical training on ecommerce platforms; 3. Conduct training needs assessments through surveys, interviews with employees, and consultations with management to determine the most appropriate learning solutions for each level of employees; 4. Design and develop learning materials and training curricula, evaluate training delivery modes, track participation rates and training effectiveness, and continuously optimize talent practices and programs; 5. Conduct internal and external research on the latest talent development trend and provide recommendations based on research and analysis; 6. Devise and facilitate leadership development programs to create measurable outcomes
Job Requirements: Applicant must have a Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Learning Technology & Experience Design, Psychology, or related.
