This flexible, remote role involves sourcing and recruiting qualified Market Research Analysts for client projects. It is ideal for individuals with a passion for recruitment and a desire to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Source and recruit qualified Market Research Analysts for client projects.
Ensure recruits understand their roles and meet performance milestones.
Guide recruits through onboarding and initial training.
Monitor early-stage performance and coordinate with the internal team to ensure quality.
Maintain accurate records of recruits, their progress, and project outcomes.
Requirements:
Experience in recruitment, ideally for sales or outreach-based roles.
Ability to evaluate candidates' communication skills and productivity potential.
Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
Familiarity with cold calling or lead generation roles is a plus, but not required.
