Job Description:
HMPT Investment Inc. (Nimbus Distro) is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support the planning and coordination of product inventory, warehousing, and international shipping. The ideal candidate will help streamline our daily logistics operations and ensure the timely movement of goods across Canada, the U.S., and overseas.
Job Requirements:
Main Responsibilities:
1. Plan and coordinate the inventory, warehousing, and transportation of vaping products and accessories
2. Liaise with warehouse, purchasing, and sales teams to ensure timely restocking and order fulfillment
3. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, order processing, and shipment tracking
4. Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including the preparation of customs and export documents
5. Monitor shipping schedules, resolve delivery issues, and communicate with carriers and logistics partners
6. Generate inventory and logistics reports using logistics software
7. Ensure compliance with all applicable shipping, import/export, and workplace safety regulations
Qualifications:
1. Completion of a college diploma in logistics, supply chain, business administration or equivalent experience
2. 1–2 years of relevant experience in logistics, shipping coordination, or inventory control preferred
3. Familiarity with import/export procedures and customs documentation
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic inventory or order management systems
5. Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with internal and external teams
