Become an AAA Insurance Agency Owner! AAA is looking for Entrepreneurs to open their very own AAA Insurance Agency. You will get access to our auto, home, umbrella and life portfolio and would also sell our award-winning roadside assistance plans! You would also have access to sell some of the brokered insurance companies.
You get full economic interest in the book you build, a AAA EADS consultant to help you from day one, $20,000 agency launch bonus, $20,000 in marketing reimbursement, bonuses and extra commission bonuses and more.

Requirements to help build your future and make your dreams come true:
background check
5-year cash flow exercise (so you can see 5 years of income)
Must obtain or have your auto, home, life and health licenses
2 licensed staff the day your office opens
brick and mortar branded AAA office approved location and
$75,000 liquid capital. (Your money, you keep- we just need to know that you are serious and have capital to run your business)

Agency Launch Bonus

Marketing Reimbursement

Step-by-step assistance: The core of your EA onboarding will be a detailed deployment plan providing guidance to ensure compliance with AAA protocols and standards. Comprehensive education: You will benefit from mixing in-person with virtual training, the program includes core business skills, sales, customer service, products and systems. Resources to help you grow and evolve: As your business grows, you’ll benefit from a myriad of resources to help you secure licensed staff, manage financials and cash flows, develop and modify a business plan, and access to a network of experienced EAs and other business experts. Agency Owner Overview - This opportunity is for self-motivated, results-driven business people interested in building a profitable, multi-line insurance agency. You’ll bring business or industry-relevant experience and need a level of capital to ensure your agency delivers the service AAA—and our members—expect. You’ll own and grow an insurance agency that serves new and prospective AAA Members. You’ll sell property and casualty, life insurance and AAA memberships along with other products, to a well-defined and loyal client base.





Agency Owner Requirements:

Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance Licensing, preferred not required: If you don’t have them, you must be willing to obtain at candidate's expense
Review and completion of the Business Plan/Cash flow analysis (AAA provides assistance and guidance throughout this process)
Learning & Development requirements will be (4 week 100% virtual training/live instructor class)
AAA branded office - must be approved office space
75K proof of investable capital – (not a franchise fee-proof of funds available for investment into your own business-must be seasoned for 60 days)
Must be able to pass background check-criminal history and credit/financial check
2 licensed staff

AAA Membership - You’ll offer programs for autos, bicycles, RVs and motorcycles. People value their AAA Membership for access to our trusted roadside assistance, and for the more than 126,000 opportunities to save on dining, shopping, hotels, rental cars, travel events and auto care.
Property and casualty insurance - You’ll sell Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Flood, RV, Boat, Motorcycle, Specialty Vehicles and Commercial Lines. Because we always strive to do what’s right for our members, you’ll also have access to brokered products from multiple, national and regional A rated leading carriers to help you serve a wide variety of needs. (varies by state)
Life Insurance - You’ll sell Term, Universal Life, Whole Life and Annuities. Founded in 1969 and affiliated with AAA, AAA Life Insurance Company has an A- rating (Excellent), which is the 4th highest ranking out of 16, by A.M. Best Company as of September 2016.
