Job Description:
GlobalBridge Talent Group is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a 13+ week contract at a skilled nursing and rehab facility in Far Rockaway, NY. This is a full-time in-person contractor role, with openings across day, evening, and night shifts.
You’ll be part of a compassionate clinical team delivering high-quality care to residents in a well-established long-term care environment. Housing provided for contract duration.
Schedule:
8-hour shifts available: Day, Evening, Night
40 hours/week
Local candidates preferred, but housing is available
Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments
Monitor and report changes in resident conditions
Support care planning and compliance
Supervise CNAs and unlicensed personnel during shifts
Document resident status and communicate with care team
Job Requirements:
Active LPN license in New York State
Current BLS/CPR certification
Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred
Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to work assigned shift reliably and professionally
Compassionate and adaptable in a fast-paced care environment
