Job Description:
Organic Thai Spa is looking for a supervisor!

Employer: ORGANICTHAISPA LTD. o/a Organic Thai Spa
Working Location: 2471 Bayswater Street, Vancouver, BC V6K 4N3

Position: Supervisor (Permanent, Full-time)
Available: 1

Wage: $36.60 per hour
Working hours: 30~40 hours per week
Benefits: Paid vacation and sick time by BC Employment Standards.

Job Duties:
• Supervise and coordinate the staff for daily operations.
• Assist manager for building work schedule and maintaining the operational records/documents, if required.
• Provide hands-on instruction and demonstrations to new and existing staff.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure all training aligns with provincial health and safety standards.
• Maintain detailed training records and assist with quality assurance.
• Stay current with industry trends and integrate new techniques into training.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
• Participate in meetings with a manager/owner for training and seasonal promotions etc.
• May need to perform the duties as esthetician, if needed.

Job Requirements:
Requirement:
• Language: English
• Education: Completion of Secondary
• Minimum 2 year of related work experience is required including a minimum 1 year of working experience in supervisory roles.
• Any certificates and diplomas in beauty and personal care would be an asset.
• Available to work all weekends and holidays.
