Job Description:
-Develop and create engineering designs and detailed drawings from initial concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets, and related data.
-Use Building Information Modeling (BIM) software to create digital representations of the physical and functional aspects of buildings and other engineering projects.
-Operate Computer-Assisted Design (CAD) software and drafting workstations to produce accurate designs.
-Compile comprehensive documentation packages and prepare complete drawing sets.
-Review and validate design drawings to ensure compliance with specifications and design standards.
-Draft and prepare contracts and tender documents for construction and engineering projects. Write detailed report.
-Develop construction specifications and provide cost and material estimates.
