Job Description:
We are seeking an outgoing individual for our Travel specialist position . As a specialist , you will be responsible for booking trips for clients in destinations of their choice ! This position is awesome for anyone who loves to travel, and would like to help other people travel.
Responsibilities
• Review individuals needs and wants for travel, Complete ongoing training to earn and maintain certification to book travel
• Attend ongoing webinars with vendors and suppliers, Review budgets, and plan trips according to clients budget needs
• Monitor restrictions, where the client would like to go , Book travel needs (airline, car rental, hotel accommodations, cruise, ticket/event sales, etc.…)
• communicate with clients pre/post travel
• Handle issues that may arise during the bookings and/or travel for clients
• Part time or full time
Job Requirements:
• Must be able to effectively communicate with clients , Must have a smartphone with internet access, laptop recommend but not required
