Skills Requirements:
• Education: Completion of secondary/high school graduation certificate
• Work experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience is required
Job Duties:
• Hire, train, and guide staff to maintain quality, consistency, and food safety standards
• Develop and maintain employee work schedules while monitoring performance and ensuring adequate staffing during busy hours
• Manage inventory, control food and supply costs, monitor sales, and adjust pricing or procedures to improve efficiency and profitability
• Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Coordinate with food and supply vendors to maintain consistent inventory and ensure timely deliveries
• Oversee daily cash handling, POS operations, and financial record-keeping to ensure accuracy and accountability
• Monitor kitchen equipment and restaurant facilities to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality
• Plan and execute in-store promotional events and limited-time offers to attract customers and increase sales
• Collaborate with gas station staff to ensure smooth joint operations and uphold customer service standards across the site
