Job Title: Battery Plant General Manager

Job Overview:
The Battery Plant General Manager is responsible for the operation and management of the overall battery production facility, ensuring production efficiency, product quality, safety compliance and cost control, while promoting sustainable development and technological innovation. This position requires close cooperation with the senior management team, R&D department and other relevant departments to achieve the company's strategic goals and performance indicators.

Main Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement the strategic plan of the battery production plant to ensure consistency with the overall company goals.

Identify market trends and opportunities to promote new product development and market expansion.
Production Management:

Coordinate the production process of batteries to ensure on-time delivery, cost control and quality management.
Conduct production efficiency analysis and implement improvement measures to increase production capacity and reduce scrap rate.
Team Management:

Recruit, train and develop employees to build an efficient team.
Monitor and evaluate employee performance, and provide feedback and guidance to promote individual and team development.
Quality Management:

Ensure that battery products meet company quality standards and international safety regulations.
Lead quality control procedures and handle customer feedback and complaints.
Budget and cost control:

Formulate and manage the financial budget of the battery factory, control operating costs, and optimize resource allocation.
Analyze the cost structure and find opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Safety and compliance:

Ensure that all production activities comply with relevant health, safety and environmental regulations.
Promote safety culture and organize regular safety training and reviews.
Cross-departmental coordination:

Collaborate with R&D, supply chain, sales and marketing departments to ensure the coordination of product development and market demand.
Establish good relationships with external suppliers and partners to ensure a stable supply of raw materials.
Technological innovation:

Follow the latest developments in battery technology and promote corresponding R&D projects.
Seek automation and intelligence of production processes to enhance the overall competitiveness of the factory.


Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science or related fields.
Experience:
More than 5 years of management experience in manufacturing, especially in batteries or related fields.
Extensive experience in production management, quality control and team leadership.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, able to communicate effectively with different levels and departments.
Familiarity with battery production processes, equipment and industry standards is preferred.
