Job Duties:
Monitor incoming calls to expert connect and quickly and accurately resolve common data, digital and embedded solution questions, and errors.
Monitor equipment transfers and ensure the warranty is transferred with the unit. (if applicable)
Assist the Intelligence Solutions team in charging out subscriptions and licenses.
Assist DOIS in updating supporting documents.
Support the training department with course preparation.
Leverage Operations Center and connected apps to review and edit customer data.
Abide by company data privacy policies.
Quickly and accurately document and communicate summaries of actionable recommendations.
Analyze call and ticket data.
Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources with a commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.
Job Duties:
Ability to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends and holidays if necessary.
Ability to interact effectively with customers and co-workers.
Ability to work with the technology utilized in todays agriculture environment.
Ability to analyze and interpret data and reports.
Ability to manage a fast-paced environment.
Aptitude to the environment of dealership sales, service and training.
Knowledge and comfort level in using MS Office suite of products including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
Must be able to obtain a Drivers License.
Experience Required:
1-2 years of relevant experience working in agriculture environment.
Education Required:
Trade Diploma or College Diploma or equivalent experience in agriculture environment.
Wage & Hours: $ 75,000.00 / year
Number of hours per day: 8
Number of days per week: 5
Number of hours per week: 40
Overtime starts after how many hours: 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week
Shift rotation: As per business needs; flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends and holidays if necessary.
