Salary: $35.00 / hour
Hours: 40 hours/week
Location: 203-110 Highway 33 West, Kelowna, BC. V1X 1X7.
Vacancy: 1

Job requirements
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Tight Deadlines, Attention to detail
Personal Suitability: Organized, Flexibility, Reliability, Excellent oral communication, Effective interpersonal skills
Specific Skills: -
• Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, resumes, and presentations.
• Support budgeting and other procedures
• Submit timely reports and prepare proposals as assigned
• Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
• Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
• Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
• Performing other relevant duties when needed.
