Job Description:
Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for ERP solutions, ensuring optimal system performance and user satisfaction.
Lead small to medium-sized ERP and BI solution projects, from requirement gathering to implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and enhance business solutions
Offer insights and recommendations for system optimizations, including customizations using .NET and/or Java.
Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure ERP solutions align with organizational goals in areas like finance, supply chain, and warehousing.
Integrate external systems with the ERP ecosystem through custom APIs and microservices.
Drive application modernization and migration efforts, transitioning systems from on-premises to cloud platforms.
Maintain up-to-date documentation and deliver training to users on best practices.
