Job Description: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company objectives and increase market share. Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, networking, and research. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our offerings. Negotiate contracts and close deals with new and existing customers. Manage accounts effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction while identifying opportunities for upselling additional products or services. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system. Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance lead generation efforts. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our products.
Job Requirements: Proven experience in outside sales with a strong track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers. Familiarity with B2B sales processes and account management practices. Experience in retail sales or direct sales is a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player. Proficient in using CRM software for tracking leads and managing customer relationships. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
