We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Remote Destinations Vacations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with clients to plan, coordinate, and book personalized travel experiences, including family vacations, cruises, and romantic getaways. Ideal candidates are passionate about travel, self-motivated, and capable of managing client needs from inquiry through departure with professionalism and care.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients in researching, planning, and booking domestic and international vacations
Provide recommendations for destinations, accommodations, and activities based on client preferences
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, resort offerings, and supplier promotions
Manage client itineraries and ensure accuracy of bookings and confirmations
Communicate professionally with vendors, suppliers, and clients via email and phone
Monitor and follow up on travel documentation, confirmations, and special requests
Requirements:
Strong interest in travel and vacation planning
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Basic computer skills (email, web browsing, data entry, document sharing)
Attention to detail and organizational abilities
