Job Description: As the Grants & Contracts Coordinator for the Office of Sustainability and Public Health (OSPH), you will manage state and federal grant contracts that support our sustainability and public health initiatives. You’ll work closely with team members across the office to oversee every part of the grant process—from developing solicitations to closing out contracts, ensuring all administrative requirements are met along the way.
Some responsibilities include:
Contract administration; Financial analysis; Contract and amendment review and drafting; Database management and development; Research, policy, and procedure development in all federal and state grant programs; and Other duties as required. Occasional in-state travel may be required; this could include some in-state overnight travel.

Two years of advanced professional experience in administering state or federal programs that demonstrates:
Experience working with grants, contracts, or similar agreements. Experience coordinating financial information related to programs or projects. Experience writing professional documents like policies, procedures, or training guides. Please note: A bachelor's or master’s degree in accounting, finance, planning or a related degree, may substitute for six months of advanced professional experience.
