Job Description:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Online Property Listing/Publishing Manager to oversee the management, publishing, and updating of property listings across various online platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate listings, digital content management, and data accuracy management to maximize property visibility and attract potential buyers or renters.
Job Requirements:
Manage the creation, editing, and publishing of property listings across multiple online portals and company websites.
Ensure all property listings are accurate, complete, and compliant with platform standards, including descriptions, prices, photos, and key features.
Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and property management teams to gather updated property information, photos, and virtual tours.
Optimize listings for search visibility, including keyword usage and appealing descriptions.
Monitor listing performance, traffic, and inquiries, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Maintain a centralized database of property listings, ensuring timely updates and removals as needed.
Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in online property marketing and listing platforms.
Handle inquiries related to listings promptly and professionally.
Ensure high-quality visuals and descriptions in line with branding standards.
Generate reports on listing activity, lead generation, and platform performance metrics.
Basic graphic design or video editing skills for enhanced listing content.
Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and best practices.
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
