Skills Requirements:
• Education: Completion of secondary/high school graduation
• Work experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience as a Retail Store Manager or supervisor is required
Job Duties:
• Monitor and assess daily sales activities at the business to maximize performance and efficiency.
• Direct the cashiers, food counter attendants, retail store supervisor, delegating specific tasks to ensure seamless operations at the gas station, convenience store and food counter
• Investigate local market conditions to gauge potential sales and understand the competitive landscape.
• Work with vendors to secure favorable terms for purchasing gasoline, diesel, snacks, beverages, groceries, etc.
• Develop and execute strategies to boost sales and increase the store's presence within the community.
• Plan budgets, approve expenditures, and monitor revenue to maintain the store's financial stability.
• Evaluate the level of service provided, address customer inquiries, and resolve any issues that may occur.
• Oversee hiring, training, and retention initiatives to cultivate a skilled and dedicated team.
