Responsibilities
Market and originate real estate investor mortgage loans in compliance with federal regulations.
Work effectively with our available leads and client relations team, to maximize your income.
Build and maintain client relationships to generate business opportunities.
Work independently to manage your pipeline and close loans efficiently.
Invest in your own marketing efforts and business development, with guidance from our experienced leadership team.
Collaborate with our team to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

Ability to invest approximately $150.00 upfront for training, in-house testing and certification. Pure Business Capital provides all other start up materials at no cost (e.g., Federal and State regulations, financial calculator, software). These are pass-through expenses; we do not profit from them.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently as a 1099 contractor.
Personable and able to build trust with clients. No prior sales experience is required, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
Not suitable for those seeking a fixed salary or who prefer a traditional office job.
